Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson has extensive work experience in various roles within the food services industry. Paul currently holds the position of Partnership Director - South at UPP. Prior to this, they served as the University Partnerships Director at Compass Group from April 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they worked as a National Account Director at Selecta from August 2018 to April 2020. From August 2014 to July 2018, they were the Business Development Manager for ISS Facility Services UK in the food services division. Additionally, from September 2009 to July 2018, they held the role of Business Development Manager at ISS Facility Services UK. Paul began their career at Compass Group in 2005, where they held the positions of Sales Manager from July 2007 to August 2009 and Senior Operations Manager from July 2005 to July 2007.

Paul Johnson attended Maiden Erlegh Secondary from 1984 to 1991. Paul then went on to study at Writtle University College from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Countryside and Leisure Management.
