David Cresp has a diverse work experience in the property and real estate industry. David started their career at Colliers International, where they worked in various roles, including Analyst, Manager of the Research division, and Associate Director. David then joined Curtin University as a Lecturer, where they taught Real Estate Market Analysis to postgraduate students. After that, they worked at Stockland as a Manager of Research, focusing on the analysis of the residential market. David later joined Colliers International, Western Australia, as a Director, Office Leasing, assisting tenants and owners in finding suitable spaces. Currently, they are working at Urbis as the Director of Property Economics and Research, offering consultancy advice on property issues and problems.

David Cresp attended Hollywood Senior High School from 1983 to 1988. David then went on to study a Bachelor of Commerce in Property at Curtin University from 1990 to 1993. David currently holds a certification as a Certified Property Practitioner (CPP) from the Australian Property Institute (API).
