Adam Dick has extensive experience in rugby coaching, currently serving as a coach for the Colorado Gray Wolves Rugby Club since August 2021. Adam's leadership roles include President-Executive Chair and Head Coach for the Women's Rugby Club at the University of Arizona since March 2015, as well as involvement with USA Rugby as a scout and coach. Previous coaching positions include Head Coach for the Women's Rugby team at the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Women’s Rugby Football Club. Adam also co-founded Foodie Fleet, focusing on sustainable food initiatives. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing/Journalism from the University of Arizona, completed in 2000.

Established in 1975, USA Rugby is the governing body for the sport of rugby in the United States and a Full Sport Member of the United States Olympic Committee. Currently headquartered in Glendale, Colorado, USA Rugby is charged with developing the game on all levels and has more than 100,000 active members across the Youth, High School, College and Senior Club level. USA Rugby oversees four senior national teams, multiple junior national development programs and an emerging Olympic development pathway for elite athletes.
