Alexander Kennedy

Alexander Kennedy serves as the Vice President of Legal and Government Relations at USANA Health Sciences since October 2017, focusing on strategies to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance across a range of areas, including SEC reporting and regulatory matters, while overseeing government relations efforts. Prior to this role, Alexander held the position of Associate General Counsel at Young Living Essential Oils, contributing to corporate governance and regulatory compliance within the health and wellness sector. Alexander's earlier experience includes tenure as Associate General Counsel at Savage Services and a Partner at Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough, where expertise was applied in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and various contractual negotiations. Recent legal training was obtained at BYU Law School, complemented by dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and History from the University of Utah.
