Babita S. is an accomplished Grants and Contracts Manager with extensive experience in financial and operational oversight for donor-funded programs, particularly within organizations such as US Pharmacopeia and Save the Children USA. Since April 2014, Babita has managed a $160 million USAID-funded cooperative agreement across 31 countries, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and leading comprehensive financial analysis. Previous roles include senior positions at US Pharmacopeia focused on subawards and contracts management, as well as project management at Save the Children USA, overseeing significant programs and grants. Babita’s career also includes strong financial management expertise gained from positions at Freedom House and Heifer International-Nepal, complemented by a Master's degree in Finance and Asset Management.
