Shaye Pearson

Shaye Pearson is an experienced professional in data analytics and revenue management, currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Data Officer, and Head of Data at Valenture Institute since April 2022. Prior to this role, Shaye held several positions at 2U from July 2018 to April 2022, including Senior Director of Data Analytics and Head of Analytics. Additionally, Shaye worked as Learning Analytics Manager and Data Analyst at GetSmarter between December 2016 and November 2018, and served as Senior Analyst at Incline (Pty) LTD from February 2015 to December 2016. Shaye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, completed in 2013, and graduated from Westerford High School in 2009.
