Nina Morales

Nina Morales has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Valero since June 2000, where current responsibilities include managing employee services and programs. Nina began as an HR Recruiter and progressed to positions including Lead HR Generalist and Supervisor of Employee Services & Programs, with a focus on employer/employee relations and policy administration in both the US and Mexico. Prior to Valero, Nina served as a Project Coordinator at MRI International, conducting interviews and matching candidates with open positions. Nina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completed between 1999 and 2001.
