Eeva Lapila

Eeva Lapila serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for both the Pulp & Energy and Automation Business Lines at Valmet, where responsibilities include strategic HR oversight to align talent management with business objectives. With previous roles at Metso Group and Silta Oy, Eeva has extensive experience in HR systems, reporting, and process development, managing global HR projects and ensuring data integrity for decision-making. Eeva’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Turku School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree from PIRAMK University of Applied Sciences.
