Madia Iliopoulou

Madia Iliopoulou currently serves as Head of Legal at Veesion since April 2025. Previously, Madia held the position of Chief Legal Officer at QOVETIA from 2021 to 2024, where oversight of the Group’s legal strategy was provided during substantial organizational growth, coupled with guidance on various legal matters including corporate, commercial, M&A, and regulatory compliance. Madia's experience also includes working as a Senior Manager at EY Société d'Avocats in 2018-2019, focusing on cross-border due diligence, and as a Senior Associate at PDGB | Cabinet d'Avocats d'Affaires from 2008 to 2018, where strategic legal support was offered to investment funds on multiple investment projects. Madia holds a Master's degree in European Law from Université Paris-Est Créteil and a Law degree from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
