Kristen Morrison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer implementation and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Implementation at Verisk since March 2019, Kristen leads client integrations and develops customized plans to optimize the use of Verisk Insurance Underwriting solutions. Prior experience includes roles at Decision Modeling Inc, where responsibilities spanned client relations, project management, and business operations; a position at Toys"R"Us focusing on customer service and communication; and consulting roles at Jackson Consulting, Inc. and Arthur Andersen & Co. Kristen holds a BA in Economics/Business with a concentration in Accounting from Lafayette College.
