Brian Root

Brian Root currently serves as the VP of Leasing at Vertical Bridge, the largest private owner and operator of communications infrastructure in the U.S., since November 2020. Prior to this role, Brian was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Eco-Site from June 2013 to November 2020, where the company was recognized as #259 on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies. Brian also operated Root Advisory, LLC as a Business Development Consultant and Owner from January 2007 to June 2013, providing consulting for commercial real estate and wireless industries. Brian's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at SpectraSite Communications, Manager in Real Estate Advisory at Ernst & Young, and Transaction Associate at UGL Equis. Brian holds a B.S. in Finance from the Miller College of Business at Ball State University.
