Carlos Candeias has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carlos currently holds the position of Head Of Tech at VFX Financial PLC since May 2022. In this role, they are responsible for leading the technical aspects of the company and implementing a people-first approach. Prior to this, they worked at Positive Slice from VFXPLC from March 2013 to May 2022, where they served as a Tech Lead and Software Developer.
