Since 2015, VillageReach has been collaborating with the DRC Government to address health systems challenges to improve last-mile delivery of vaccines through the next generation of supply chain (NGCA), outsourced drones transport for health product distribution private sector engagement, supply chain investment and coordination, gender-focused polio community-based engagement, polio special vaccine strategies in riverine communities as well as technical assistance to immunization programs such as Mashako Plan and the Equity Accelerator Funds (EAF).
VillageReach is seeking a communications officer to support the documentation of its key solutions implemented throughout DRC, particular its efforts to amplify DRC programs, successes stories and lessons learned, as well as to develop stories of beneficiaries from various solutions for the reduction of zero-dose children.
The person will report to the Interim Deputy Country Director based in Kinshasa, while also collaborating with the global communications teams.
Terms: This is a consultant position through December 31, 2024.
