Garry Dean

Garry Dean is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in military and civilian aviation, currently serving as President of Peduzzi Associates, Ltd. since October 2021. Previously, Garry held the position of Independent Consultant and President at Excelr8 LLC, providing expertise in global aerospace operations, safety, and risk management. Garry's notable career includes roles as an International Airline Captain for Delta Air Lines and as a Senior USAF and National Guard Flag Officer, where Garry commanded critical air defense initiatives post-9/11. Garry also held key leadership positions at The Pentagon, NATO Joint Force Command, and the United States Air Force, contributing significantly to multinational operations, strategic guidance, and operational oversight. Garry holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy and completed the Capstone Flag Officer course at the National Defense University.
