J Ray Davis

J Ray Davis currently serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Lulius Innovation and as a Senior Advisor for ARNG Affairs at Vita Inclinata Technologies, both since 2021. In addition, J Ray Davis has held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Rolls-Royce since December 2020. J Ray Davis' military experience spans several years, including roles as a Military Officer with the ARNG from June 2015 to December 2020 and with the SCARNG from October 1992 to December 2020, where J Ray Davis served as the J3/Director of Military Support. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Commander of the 1-151 Attack Reconnaissance Battalion from January 2009 to August 2012. J Ray Davis holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Coker University and a degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.
