Jim Jenkins

Jim "Jinx" Jenkins is an accomplished leader and strategist with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. As the Founder and President of Integris Leadership LLC since January 2018, Jenkins also serves on the Board of Advisors for multiple organizations, including Thrive by Ironbound, Vita Inclinata Technologies, and MD3 Consulting Services. Jenkins has held significant positions in the United States Marine Corps, with notable roles such as Director of the Science and Technology Division at the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory and Commanding Officer of Marine Aircraft Group 29. Jenkins holds a Master's in Security Studies from the US Army War College and multiple degrees, including a BA in Psychology from Cornell University and an MSSc in International Relations from Syracuse University. Through a combination of leadership, strategic oversight, and educational contributions at the University of San Diego, Jenkins has demonstrated a commitment to developing future leaders and innovative solutions.
