Robert Schultz has over 37 years of experience in the crane industry, having been with Maxim Crane Works, LP since August 1986. Currently serving as Regional Vice President and Vice President Executive of the National Crawler Division, Robert oversees the management of a staff of 85 across five branches, handling the repair, transportation, assembly, and disassembly of a fleet of over 450 crawler cranes. Prior experience includes serving as General Parts Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing inventory levels, parts marketing, and material shipments nationwide. Robert’s career began as a Parts and Service Clerk with Carlisle Enterprises, which later became Maxim Crane Works. Robert’s educational background includes vocational training in automotive technology and a high school diploma from Bishop Brossart High School.
