Paul F. McBride

Paul F. McBride is a former Executive Vice President of Black & Decker Corporation (NYSE: BDK) a $6 billion global manufacturer and marketer of power tools and accessories.

Prior to joining Black & Decker, Mr. McBride spent 21 years at General Electric (NYSE:GE). He was a company officer and served as President of GE’s global silicones business, a unit of GE Plastics. Mr. McBride is a member of several boards of directors, including T. Rowe Price Mutual Funds, and nonprofit educational organizations the Gilman School and Bridges Baltimore.
