Froland Earl Magsanoc has a range of experience in technical support and IT roles. Froland Earl is currently working as a Technical Support Team Lead at Volanté Systems since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Recipe Unlimited Corporation from July 2019, initially as a Service Desk Analyst and later as a Service Desk Team Lead. In these roles, they provided advanced technical support and maintenance for various systems and equipment, prioritized and escalated support tickets, and maintained call tracking systems.
Before joining Recipe Unlimited Corporation, they worked at Verifone as a Support Team Lead from January 2016 to March 2017. Here, they provided level 2 and level 3 technical support, coached and mentored employees, and ensured customer satisfaction.
Additionally, Froland has experience as an IT Support Specialist at AGS Automotive Systems and as a Computer Lab Facilitator at George Brown College.
Froland Earl Magsanoc attended St. Jean de Brebeuf from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at Seneca College and successfully completed an Advanced Diploma.
