The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand awareness, engages target audiences, and supports business growth.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Content Marketing Manager for a permanent role either based in Wellington – or can be fully remote. 

This role will oversee the creation, optimization, and distribution of high-quality content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with the company's messaging and marketing objectives. By leveraging data-driven insights and creative storytelling, the Content Marketing Manager will play a key role in building a compelling brand narrative and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, brand voice, and audience needs.
  • Define content goals, key themes, and editorial calendars to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, videos, social media posts, and more.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and engaging content.
  • Monitor and analyse audience behaviour to create content that resonates with target segments.
  • Foster community engagement through social media, webinars, and interactive content.
  • Primary and secondary – for language for messaging, marketing campaigns.
  • Develop RFP/tender response bank to assist in best practice responses.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content. Establish guidelines and processes to ensure high-quality and compliant content creation.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 6+ years in a healthcare marketing role in a B2B and technology domain.
  • Proven track record in executing successful account-based marketing campaigns targeted at key accounts; familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot or Pardot
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Desirable: Solid understanding of AI
