Troy Lee

Troy Lee currently serves as General Counsel at Vorto since December 2021 and is a Charter Member of TechGC since January 2022. Prior to these positions, Troy held the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and General Counsel at Ridgeback Energy Partners, LLC from December 2018 to December 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Bridger Logistics, LLC from December 2012 to August 2015, and as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Energy Maintenance Services in 2012. Troy began a legal career as an Associate at Baker Botts L.L.P. from 2006 to 2012, after working as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP. Troy earned a JD from Columbia Law School (1998-2001) and an AB in Psychology from Harvard University (1994-1998).
