Kelly Schulz

Kelly Schulz is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in public service and the technology sector. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Middletown Valley Bank and as CEO of the Maryland Tech Council, the largest technology and life science trade association in Maryland, Schulz brings a strong background in state governance, having held positions as Secretary of Commerce and Secretary of Labor. A candidate for Governor of Maryland in 2021, Schulz has also served as a State Delegate and held various roles in business development and management, including a managing partner position at Cyber Wolf Technologies, Inc. Schulz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Hood College and an Associate's degree from Monroe Community College.
