Tomas Sebastien Micuta

Tomas Sebastien Micuta, MBA, currently serves as the Group Head of Performance & Rewards at EUROWAG, responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits across 30 operations in 20 countries. With extensive experience in HR management, previous roles include C&B and HR Services Supervisor at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where compensation management and HR operations for over 1,000 employees were supervised. Prior to that, positions at PPF Group involved leading compensation architecture and HR operations for the IT Division. Additional experience includes HR consulting roles at KPMG and Mazars, and participation in numerous HR integration projects post-merger at companies such as Bausch Health Companies Inc. and Fučík & partneři. Tomas holds an MBA from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from Silesian University in Opava.
