Loretta Burton has over 17 years of experience in customer care, culture and development, and executive assistance, currently serving as the Head of Customer Care and Head of Culture & Development at WasteCare Group since June 2006. Previous roles at WasteCare Group include Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors, Tender Manager, and Telesales. Prior to joining WasteCare, Loretta Burton worked at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in the Special Care Baby Unit from April 2004 to June 2006.
