Peter Henning

Peter Henning is a Professor at Wayne State University Law School, a position held since 1994. In 2012, Peter served as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law. Prior experience includes being a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice from February 1991 to July 1994, specifically in the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division, and a Senior Attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement from 1987 to 1991. Peter's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Fordham University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University.
