Laura O'Neill

Laura O'Neill K is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management and media production. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Speakers & Media at Web Summit since June 2015, Laura has held various roles including Acting SVP and Executive Producer, contributing to the growth of Web Summit events from a small conference to a significant global technology event platform. Prior to Web Summit, Laura worked as a CyberPsychology Researcher at the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland, and held positions in production and project management at WideEyed Media, Smartbox, and VenueOne. Educational qualifications include a BA in International Studies with a focus on Music, French, and Psychology from Maynooth University, along with a Graduate Diploma in Interactive Multimedia and Web Development.
