Donna Doblick

Donna Doblick is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Wesco since May 2018. Previously, Donna held the position of Counsel at Reed Smith LLP from August 1996 to May 2018, and worked as an Associate at Schopf & Weiss LLP from 1993 to 1996. Notably, Donna has taken and defended numerous depositions and served as second-chair in a jury trial addressing claims of unlawful conspiracy in violation of the Sherman Act. Donna holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and two J.D. degrees from Loyola University Chicago Law School. In addition, Donna completed a Master of Laws in Compliance Studies and Enterprise Risk Management from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2019.
