Kenda Digloria

Kenda DiGloria is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Training Program Manager at Whatnot since April 2024, Kenda previously held the position of Global Training Manager at Instacart from August 2018 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team of Senior Facilitators and overseeing the training initiatives for multiple vendor partners across diverse locations. Additional experience includes roles as Global BPO Training Liaison, Training Facilitator at Instacart, Learning and Development Specialist at Sage, and Sales Capability Manager at Coca-Cola Refreshments. Kenda's career began at Starbucks, where a foundation was built in customer service and team management. Kenda holds an Associate of Science degree in Massage Therapy from Miller-Motte Technical College and an Associate of Arts degree from Indian River State College, complemented by formal education from Arizona State University.
