About the Role As Persona continues to scale our GTM operations, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help drive pipeline growth, uncover valuable insights, and scale marketing strategy through data analytics and process automation. You will work closely with the Marketing team to report on performance, generate insights across marketing programs, and drive operational efficiencies. You will oversee marketing technology and act as the data steward to ensure the integrity of our data and reporting.
This will be a highly cross-functional role, you will be partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Growth to identify and drive operational initiatives forward. Your ability to align various stakeholders, manage multiple work streams and dependencies, and build trusted relationships is paramount.
