Ester Pasinato Muinonen has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Ester currently holds the position of HR Business Director at WithSecure. Previously, they have worked as the Business Area People Lead and Nixu Finland HR Leader at Nixu Corporation, where they were responsible for HR activities and talent acquisition strategies. Ester also worked as a Senior HR Manager at Wärtsilä, supporting HR activities within the Digital organization. Prior to that, they held several roles at EY, including Nordic HR Business Partner Lead and Recruitment Manager. Their earlier experience includes roles at Eilakaisla and Altran, where they gained expertise in HR consulting and business development. Ester has a strong background in talent management, employee engagement, recruitment, and change management.
Ester Pasinato Muinonen has a Master of Science degree in Physics from the University of Oulu. Ester also holds additional certifications in Cut-e Personality & Ability Assessment from cut-e an Aon company, Lencioni Highest Performing Team Accredited Facilitator from The Table Group, a Patrick Lencioni Company, and Social Style Accredited Facilitator from TRACOM Group.
