Stacey Didomenico

Stacey DiDomenico is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Wolverine Worldwide since January 2022, focusing on compliance, regulatory issues, corporate governance, and brand protection, while also managing real estate legal matters for retail and distribution locations. Prior to this role, Stacey served as an Associate Attorney at Couzens, Lansky, P.C. from March 2011 to January 2022, providing general counsel to businesses on corporate governance, contract negotiations, real estate transactions, and employment issues. Additional experience includes positions at Sephora as a Product Consultant, as a Legal Researcher at Your Legal Researcher, LLC, and as a Legal Intern at FCCI. Stacey earned a JD from Stetson University College of Law with a focus on Business and Corporate Law, and a BA in English and Music from the University of Michigan.
