Kirstie Nguyen is an experienced professional in the ophthalmic field, currently serving as a Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Douglas Day at Woolfson Eye Institute since March 2021, where responsibilities include greeting patients and assisting with inquiries. Since August 2019, Kirstie has also held the position of Ophthalmic Technician specializing in glaucoma, performing various measurement and documentation tasks. Prior roles at Woolfson Eye Institute include Lead Patient Coordinator, providing patient check-in services, and Call Center Representative, responsible for appointment scheduling. Earlier career experience includes customer service at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Kirstie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Kennesaw State University and an Associate of Science in Pre-Medicine from Georgia State University Perimeter College.
