Bwann Kellie Gwann, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Employee Engagement at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, overseeing Inclusive Excellence Initiatives and facilitating faculty training on best hiring practices. Prior experience includes a decade at Lesley University, where Bwann held roles such as Director of Multicultural Affairs and Social Inclusion and Interim Executive Director of the Urban Scholars Initiative, implementing inclusive campus community strategies and enhancing student orientation programs. Additional roles encompass working as an Executive Assistant to the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, where partnerships were developed to address bias in hiring, as well as experience in human resources and administrative support at MetLife. Bwann's educational background includes an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Bentley University and a BS in Psychology and BA in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island, with ongoing studies at the University of Southern California.
