Todd Mao

Todd Mao, CSM, serves as the Quality Assurance Manager at Workwell Technologies since May 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the QA of all company products and successfully streamlining processes to increase release velocity from three to seven per month. Previously, Todd held various roles at Intuit from June 2000 to March 2017, including Agile Test and Release Leader/Scrum Master - Staff Business Analyst, where leadership was provided for test and release initiatives impacting finance, and Project and User Acceptance Test Manager - Staff QA Analyst, directing a significant internal customer relations project. Additional roles included SQA Engineer Tech Lead - Staff QA Analyst and SQA 2 - Senior QA Engineer, demonstrating a strong track record in managing and executing testing strategies across different applications and technologies. Todd received education from National University between 2000 and 2003.
