World Central Kitchen, Inc. (WCK) seeks a skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. We are seeking someone dynamic with a positive, upbeat attitude who has the ability of navigating multiple projects at once with ease and can provide ongoing dedicated support to our recruiting candidate hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing competing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and supporting hiring managers and candidates with a warm, professional and engaging approach.

Location (Where You Are): This position will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and will be based in Washington DC, with 2-3 days on-site per week. This is a non exempt role.

**Responsibilities (What You Do):**As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support throughout the hiring process, from scheduling interviews to coordinating candidate communications. You will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, ensuring that every participant has a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage interview scheduling for candidates, ensuring alignment between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on the status of their application, interview process, and feedback.
  • Job Postings: Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and WCK careers page.
  • Interview Preparation: Assist in preparing interview schedules, interview materials, and candidate profiles for hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding them through the process and addressing any concerns.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interview schedules, feedback, and candidate communications in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-employment screenings, background checks, and new hire documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as updating recruitment-related reports, tracking job offers, and assisting with recruitment events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition team to support team initiatives, improve processes, and share best practices
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
