World Central Kitchen, Inc. (WCK) seeks a skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. We are seeking someone dynamic with a positive, upbeat attitude who has the ability of navigating multiple projects at once with ease and can provide ongoing dedicated support to our recruiting candidate hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing competing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and supporting hiring managers and candidates with a warm, professional and engaging approach.

Location (Where You Are): This position will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and will be based in Washington DC, with 2-3 days on-site per week. This is a non exempt role.
**Responsibilities (What You Do):**As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support throughout the hiring process, from scheduling interviews to coordinating candidate communications. You will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, ensuring that every participant has a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
