Guilherme Sant'Anna started their career as an Intern at Mundial Acabamentos in 2003. Guilherme then moved on to FCA Latam as a Trainee in 2004. Joining Falconi in 2005, they progressed from Consultant to Associate Partner until 2018. Finally, Guilherme joined XP Inc. in 2018, holding various Partner positions, including CHRO, Business Strategy & Development, Executive Director of People & Performance, and currently, as the Executive Director of Growth, Advisory, and Distribution.
Guilherme Sant'Anna completed a Superior degree in Business at Universidade Federal de Viçosa from 2001 to 2005. Guilherme then pursued an MBA in Finances at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2008 to 2009.
