Joanna Parker has extensive experience in operational excellence and project management, currently serving as Service Excellence Director and Head of Operational Excellence at Xplor since August 2022. Previous roles include Digital Programme Manager and Senior Innovation Project Manager at London North Eastern Railway from July 2018 to August 2022, as well as Senior Innovation Project Manager at Virgin Trains East Coast from March 2017 to July 2018. Joanna's career began at Orange, where roles spanned from Project Co-ordinator to Trainer from January 1998 to April 2007. Joanna also served as Senior Project Manager at EE, managing large-scale projects from April 2007 to December 2010, and held several positions at Virgin Media from February 2011 to March 2017 focused on business improvement and change project delivery. Joanna Parker earned a BA (Hons) in Sociology and Social Policy from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 1994 and 1997.
