Ulric Daniel

Ulric Daniel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the agricultural and poultry industries. Currently serving as CEO of Yalelo Zambia and Country Director for FirstWave since July 2021, Ulric focuses on providing affordable local fish to Africa. Prior roles include Managing Director at EthioChicken, overseeing the production of day-old chicks and poultry feed, and Chief Operating Officer at Daybreak Foods, Inc., where responsibilities involved managing a fully integrated poultry business. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Astral Foods Ltd. and Pioneer Foods, as well as sales and marketing roles at Mikon Breeders and Nedan Agri Business. Ulric holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cape Town, an Advanced Management Program certification from North-West University, and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Entomology from Rhodes University.
