Darren Shelley has a robust background in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Your Housing Group since December 2017, and previously held the position of Head of Operations - Customer Transactions. Prior to this, Darren worked at Openreach as a Business Improvement Consultant from June 2015 to December 2017, and at BT Global Services as a Local Government Consultant in Customer Access from June 2010 to December 2017. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Solution Architect at Vertex from 2003 to 2010 and as a Customer Service Manager at Vertex Data Science from March 2003 to October 2009. Darren holds an LLB in Law from The University of Huddersfield, earned between 1993 and 1996.
