Maria Mulvaney

She provides ongoing support and regularly assists international business clients in corporate matters ranging from corporate restructuring and corporate finance to contracting, M&A and due diligence processes. She is also conversant in trusts and foundations legislation and assists clients not only with the formation of such structures but also with ongoing administration and adherence to legal requirements. In addition, Maria is also actively involved in FinTech related projects where she supports promoters throughout the licensing and regulatory process. Prior to her role at Zedra, Maria formed part of the corporate law department of one of Malta’s leading law firms. In 2021, she was mentioned as a key lawyer by The Legal 500.
