Todd Newcomb

Todd Newcomb has a diverse legal background with significant experience in various roles. From March 2017 to July 2022, Todd served as General Counsel and earlier as Assistant General Counsel at Zeeco, Inc. Prior to this, Todd worked at Doyle Harris Davis & Haughey from August 2012 to March 2017 as an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk. Todd began the legal career with a Legal Internship at the Oklahoma Water Resources Board and a Judicial Internship at the District Court of Tulsa County. Todd holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Sustainable Energy and Resource Law from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Paralegal Studies from Northeastern State University.
