Tom Skalka

Thomas Skalka is an accomplished professional in the travel and hospitality industry with extensive experience in client relations and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Traveler Care at Zicasso since September 2017, Thomas also previously held the position of Associate Director of Client Relations within the same company, which specializes in connecting discerning travelers with top travel specialists. Prior to Zicasso, Thomas worked as a Manager at CLEAR and as Operations Manager at Inspirato with American Express. From June 2004 to July 2015, Thomas honed skills at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in various managerial roles. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Recreation Management from Arizona State University, earned from 1999 to 2004.
