We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Recruiter to own our foundational GTM hiring. In this pivotal role, you’ll impact our business success by recruiting the talent that powers the commercial growth of our cloud-native vector database solution. What you will do:

  • Execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent for Zilliz’s go-to-market roles
  • Proactively source and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align resource needs and optimize candidate targeting
  • Oversee the interview process, ensuring positive candidate experience and timely feedback
  • Keep up with trends in database, generative AI, and open-source technologies to effectively position Zilliz's opportunities for candidates
  • Manage conflicting priorities while being extremely adaptable, agile, and flexible

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting go-to-market roles for all levels of an organization, from entry-level to Senior Director positions
  • Strong sourcing approach across various channels to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
  • Proven experience partnering and building productive relationships with hiring manager, business partners, and team members
  • Data driven approach with the ability to report on workflow and metrics
  • Innovative, creative, and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success
  • Competitive mentality and desire to win as a team

Compensation Range
$130,000$160,000 USD
