We are delighted to share that we have an opening for a Financial Services Manager following a recent promotion. This person plans, organizes, and manages programs, activities, and staff engaged in providing accounting and financial management services to the Library. Financial reports, bi-weekly payroll, general and subsidiary ledgers, audit management, and year-end activities fall under the responsibility of the Financial Services Manager. This is a full-time, exempt position managing the Accounting Clerk, Purchasing Agent, Payroll & Accounting Specialist, and Lead Accountant.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field AND four (4) years of professional accounting/finance experience; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Valid driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The M2 pay grade begins at $57K, mid-range is $74K, and maximum is $91K. Offer will depend on candidate's related and comparable work experience.
