Luís Silva is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Platform Engineering at AlphaSense, following a tenure as Senior Director of Platform Engineering at Stuart. Silva has a strong background in Platform Engineering, having held various roles such as VP of Platform Engineering and Head of Cloud Engineering at DAZN, where leadership was pivotal in enhancing security, reliability, and developer experience. As the Founder and Director of L'CloudTech Limited, consultancy services were provided across multiple countries. Silva's extensive experience also includes positions focused on cloud architecture and DevOps across organizations like Sky, VVOOSH LIMITED, and EE. An alumnus of Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, Silva holds a Master of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications, alongside qualifications in aeronautics and flight coordination.
