Matthew Sant

Matt serves as Astra’s general counsel and chief compliance officer. He previously served as general counsel at Romeo Power, and as a legal executive at Skyworks and Broadcom. Prior to that, he was a partner at the law firm of Irell & Manella. Matt has a B.A. from Westmont College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
