Job Description 📜

As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing operational strategies to support our growth. Reporting to our General Manager, you will have ownership over operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with our business goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and inspire a team comprising a Data Analyst, a Project Manager, and a Legal Operations Analyst, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Strategically develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and systems to drive efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and compliance across the company.
• Analyze operational data and reports to provide insights and implement strategic improvements that enhance business outcomes.
• Drive automation and innovation by streamlining workflows, integrating new technologies, and improving processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership across departments (Customer Success, Product, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure operational alignment and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems and ensure smooth maintenance of existing platforms (Hubspot, Partnerstack, Recruit CRM, Notion, etc.).
• Monitor and manage KPIs to track performance, drive operational excellence, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and operational best practices, and ensure that our operations remain at the forefront of innovation.
• Lead critical projects and initiatives as needed, delivering impact across the business.

The Successful Applicant 🙋🏻

• Proven leadership experience in an operations role, ideally in a startup or fast-growth environment.
• English at a near-native level (oral and written).
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced project management skills with a proven ability to drive results.
• Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, HubSpot workflows) and strong experience with operational platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of MySQL, Google Sheets, and a clear understanding of data pipelines/processes (You won’t build data pipelines, you need to understand how they work).
• Strong understanding of data processes and experience working with reporting tools (preferably LookerStudio).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving startup environment, with the capacity to think both strategically and execute independently.
• A collaborative, adaptable mindset with the willingness to step in wherever needed.
