Beginning the legal career as an Avocat at Cabinet MOUNET from 2005 to 2008, and briefly as an Avocat stagiaire at Clifford Chance in early 2005, Anne-Sophie holds multiple degrees in law, including a DEA in Intellectual Property from Nantes Université and a DESS in Business Law from Paris-Sud University.
