Neta Dror has extensive work experience in various roles at Cal (Israel Credit Cards) and Motorola Solutions. In 2021, Neta served as the Head of PMO at Cal, responsible for strategic planning and operations. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2021, Neta held the position of R&D Operations Director at Motorola Solutions. Neta also had several roles at Motorola Solutions from 2000 to 2015, including Pre-Sales project lead, Finance Business Partner, Senior FP&A, and Junior FP&A.
From 1997 to 2000, Neta Dror attended The Open University of Israel, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management. Following this, they pursued further education at Ono Academic College from 2001 to 2002 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their field of study during their MBA was Finance and Capital market.
