About the Role
ClimateAI is hiring an Account Executive to join our growing Sales organization. You will be an early member of the sales team to help us build and to pioneer selling our ClimateLens Adaptation Platform into global enterprises.
This person will work shoulder-to-shoulder with other Sales Executives and the VP of Sales in landing enterprise customers and further scaling out our repeatable sales processes. Our AI technology is best in class and has never before been successfully sold at scale. We are targeting 100% growth this year and already work with many great referenceable brands

We have very clear and exciting goals for 2024 and look forward to growing the team.
This role is remote and requires up to 30% travel, and west coast location is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation range for this role for employees based in the US is $225,000-250,000 OTE. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at ClimateAi and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, business need and US location.
